1) Kepingan Kulit Wantan 

2) Isi Ayam - dicincang kasar (100g)

3) Isi Udang - dicincang kasar (100g)

4) Cendawan Kering - direbus & dicincang kasar (1 biji)

5) Lobak Merah - dicincang halus (1/2 biji)

6) Daun Sup - dipotong halus (1 tangkai)

7) Daun Bawang - dipotong halus (1 tangkai)

8) Tepung Jagung - dicairkan dengan sedikit air (1 sudu kecil)

9) Serbuk Lada Hitam (1 sudu kecil)

10) Minyak Bijan (1 sudu kecil)

11) Garam (sedikit)

Directions

Campurkan semua bahan kecuali kulit wantan.Letakkan campuran di tengah kulit wantan.Sapukan sedikit tepung jagung untuk melekatkan bahagian tepinya.Goreng dumpling hingga garing keemasan.Hidang bersama sos pencicah.
